Dancing Mindfulness This is facilitated mindful free movement/dance to music, bringing awareness to breath, body, emotions and feelings, using dance/movement to give expression to what is happening within us. As an experienced group facilitator, Derrie offers this space with gentleness, compassion and the mindfulness attitudes of nonjudgement, patience, beginner's mind, nonstriving, trust, acceptance and letting go. Plus a wee bit of fun!
Please bring a yoga mat/blanket, wear loose clothing, comfortable indoor shoes and your own bottle of water. No dance or mindfulness experience is needed.
