               Dancing Mindfulness


Dancing Mindfulness 
This is facilitated mindful free movement/dance to music, bringing awareness to breath, body, emotions and feelings,​ using  dance/movement to give expression to what is happening within us. Derrie offers this space with gentleness, compassion and the mindfulness attitudes of acceptance, patience, beginner's mind, nonstriving, trust, nonjudgement and letting go. Plus a wee bit of fun! 
​No dance or mindfulness experience is needed.

Dance Chapel.
Dance Chapel is a non verbal facilitated Dancing Mindfulness practice.
This is for people who have some experience of Dancing Mindfulness practice or similar.
There is a facilitated sharing at the end.


Please bring a yoga mat/blanket, wear loose clothing, comfortable indoor shoes
​and your own bottle of water.
