 Circle Dance afternoon sessions on Saturdays weekly 4pm to 5:30pm in Donabate, Parish Hall, Main St. 
We dance together to music from around the world: traditional circle dances and contemporary choreographies.

The dances range from joyful and fun to inward-looking and meditative.

Every Wednesday at 7.30 pm to 9 pm.

We do sacred circle dancing - gentle and meditative movement which allows us experience silence and stillness in movement.

Some of the dances are slow and some are fast.

 The music we use helps us to relax and be in touch with the spirit of dance.

Easy to join in so come to part of a session if you can't make it all. If you want to bring a soft drink or small snack to share during the break that's great but fine if you don't too.
