An Bailiú, the gathering. We come together as a community, to share and experience the positive healing energies of Dance, Drum, Chant and Meditation. All welcome, no experience needed, come with an open heart and mind. ............................................................. Sunday 29th January Mindfulness meditation. Led by Nick. The simplest of meditation practices can be highly effective and enjoyable. In today’s gathering, we’ll be working with awareness of the breathing to find focus and stillness. Sunday 19th Feb. Slí na Croí. Community Drumming led by Barra. Together we will taste the magic of the West African Drum and explore song and chant, both in our own native Gaelic tongue and in the tongues of the many cultures with whom we share this earth. . .....Sunday 11th March A Stroll through a Field of Poetry led by Bettina. On this morning Bettina will read some mystical poetry to you and it might inspire you and resonate with you in such a way that you come up with some lines of your own, we might have time to do a poetry meditation and do some gentle sound work. If you have a poem or just one line or a quote you love, which resonate deeply with you, bring it along and share it with us all.
